Description: We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA-226 Contracted Air Services (CAS), military training range scheduling, special-use airspace coordination, and fleet training activities in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Working directly with Navy and Marine Corps fleet customers, air-control agencies, Government personnel, and service providers, the selected candidate will help coordinate aircraft, pod assets, training ranges, detachments, and related logistical requirements in support of fleet exercises and Fleet Replacement Squadron training. This position requires an organized aviation professional who can manage near-term and advanced planning requirements while tracking service-provider performance, asset utilization, and operational support needs. Responsibilities: Participate in Naval training exercises and support scheduling of military training ranges and special-use airspace. Perform near-term and advanced planning and coordination for military and non-military users of FACSFAC VACAPES special-use airspace and the Navy Dare Bombing Range Complex. Track service-provider performance, special-use airspace utilization, and CAS operational support requirements. Coordinate the use of Contracted Air Services aircraft and Government pod assets with Navy and Marine Corps fleet customers and air-control agencies. Monitor CAS assets supporting fleet exercises, fleet detachments, and Fleet Replacement Squadron training. Support site and facility logistical coordination, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Fleet Readiness Center requirements as needed. Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and operational data with Government, military, and contractor stakeholders. Support travel and on-site coordination associated with fleet exercises and CAS detachments as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, aviation, engineering, logistics, public administration, or a related discipline. 3-10 years of professional experience performing program/project management, aviation operations, logistics, scheduling, or equivalent duties. Experience coordinating complex schedules, operational requirements, stakeholders, and action items. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with military and civilian airport ground and flight operations. Experience scheduling aircraft, military training ranges, or special-use airspace. Experience supporting FACSFAC, ARTCC, CAS operations, Fleet training exercises, or aviation mission planning. Experience coordinating Government Furnished Equipment or aviation pod assets. Prior military aviation or defense contractor experience.
