The Manager, HR Technology at OpenGov leads the administration and improvement of HR technology systems in India. **What you'll do** - Administer and configure OpenGov's HR technology stack - Lead a team of HR application administrators - Maintain systems that support the full employee lifecycle - Oversee technical relationships with Ashby (ATS) and employee engagement platforms - Partner with HRIS/HR Systems Architect on integration architecture - Ensure HR data governance across US and India geographies **What they're looking for** - Deep expertise in HR technology (payroll, benefits, talent management) - Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems - Strong leadership and team management skills - Understanding of HR compliance across multiple geographies - Ability to stay hands-on while mentoring a team - Functional knowledge of HRIS data flows and integrations **Details** - Location: India, India - Type: Full-time - Salary: null
