About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Our Rwanda program, founded in 2007 is our largest and operates under the local brand Tubura. We have more than 3,000 staff across all four provinces of Rwanda, as well as in Kigali. Together, we served more than 2.8 million farmers in 2024. We work closely with the government to support national efforts to improve food security. Additionally, we help channel funding and resources to promising agri-SMEs, supporting farmers by providing a market for high-impact crops such as coffee, avocado, and chili. About the Role To drive seamless data flow between the Back Office Portal and SAP B1 and to optimize workflows to ensure 100% data delivery to MCF within 45 days. Key role in process improvement. Responsibilities Accounting Systems & Systems Integration Drive data flow management and system integration between the Back Office Portal and SAP Business One (SAP B1), troubleshooting integration errors and optimizing system workflows. Master Data Management & Process Improvement Manage and update vendor master records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and donors’ audit-required standards. Cross-Functional Communication & Technical Translation Serve as the technical bridge between Tech, FRC, and FAS teams by translating complex data insights and system requirements into actionable process improvements. Collaborative Quality Assurance Partner across departments to make sure that processes are fully documented, maintain spreadsheet audit standards, streamline reporting workflows, and establish organization-wide data management best practices. For this role specifically, you will have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field. At least 2 to 5 years of experience in data integration, master data management, or systems analysis. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One (SAP B1). Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, logical formulas) for data manipulation and auditing. Proven track record in process optimization, root-cause analysis, and data error troubleshooting. Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data issues into actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required.
