Accountant

**Officer, Accounting at Human Rights Watch (Multiple Locations)** **What you'll do** - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and adjustments - Work with Operations Administrators on reconciliation issues - Maintain and update the Global Fixed Assets register - Support with quarter and year-end close processes - Assist with accounts payable when needed **What they're looking for** - Education in accounting or related field - Experience with GAAP and IFRS guidelines - Strong analytical skills - Experience with financial systems and software - Ability to work from office on needed basis **Details** - Location: Multiple locations considered (preferably NY or DC) - Type: Full-time - Salary: null
