**Work Consultant in Deventer** **What you'll do** - Guide residents with a benefit or distance from the labor market toward work and participation - Conduct conversations with residents to map their personal situation, opportunities, and obstacles - Develop an action plan with the resident to increase job opportunities - Actively guide residents in their journey toward work, education, or other forms of participation - Maintain contact with employers, reintegration partners, and other involved organizations - Monitor progress, motivate residents to take steps, and adjust where necessary - Report findings and record agreements in the file - Identify opportunities and bottlenecks in the reintegration process **What they're looking for** - Completed HBO education in a relevant field - Experience as a work consultant, client manager work, or similar position - Knowledge of laws and regulations in the social domain, such as the Participation Act - Affinity with labor market developments and reintegration - Good communication skills and coaching ability - Result-oriented, motivating, and solution-oriented **Details** - Location: Deventer, Netherlands - Type: Contract - Salary: null
