Join us! Support PMA-226 Program Operations and Executive Functions! Description: We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Management Analyst to provide program operations, executive support, correspondence, travel, meeting, and administrative support to PMA-226 at Cherry Point, North Carolina. The selected candidate will work closely with Government leadership and program-office personnel to manage calendars, meetings, Defense Travel System requirements, Navy correspondence, reports, records, visitor coordination, and day-to-day front-office activities. This position requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive support in a fast-paced Naval Aviation program office. Responsibilities: Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and respond to information requests and program-office taskers. Prepare Navy correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and other program documentation. Manage calendars, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings, and support Microsoft Teams events. Provide Defense Travel System (DTS) support for PMA travelers. Provide graphics and technical writing support for PMA products, briefings, awards, and events. Perform filing, record keeping, data entry, email coordination, and document management activities. Support office access-control functions by verifying identification, tracking visitors, and reporting unusual or suspicious activities. Support the PMA file-management plan, contact lists. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public administration, communications, finance, or a related discipline. 3-10 years of professional experience supporting program operations, executive support, project management, business operations, or equivalent functions. Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and executive-level products. Strong organizational, customer-service, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the Defense Travel System (DTS). Experience preparing Navy correspondence and supporting military awards ceremonies and protocol. Experience supporting a NAVAIR, Navy, Marine Corps, or other DoW program office. Experience with SharePoint, records management, and program-office file management. Prior military service or defense contractor experience.
