Join us! Enable PMA-226 Digital Collaboration and Knowledge Management! Description: We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Management Analyst with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities to support PMA-226 at Cherry Point, North Carolina. The selected candidate will help manage digital collaboration, information sharing, asset and form tracking, and end-user support across the program office. Working with Government personnel, Integrated Product Teams, and business partners, the selected candidate will provide comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Teams support, create and maintain online pages and digital libraries, and help improve business processes using Enterprise Microsoft tools. This position requires a technically capable problem solver who can communicate clearly with end users, organize information effectively, and support a collaborative program-office environment. Responsibilities: Create and manage processes for tracking assets, software, forms, and program-office information. Provide technical support and user guidance for Enterprise Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools. Provide comprehensive SharePoint and Microsoft Teams support for meetings, collaboration, document sharing, and knowledge management. Create, edit, and manage SharePoint Online pages and program-office content. Set up and maintain digital libraries of program documentation on SharePoint. Support conference room and Microsoft Teams meetings and help resolve desktop collaboration-tool issues. Participate in user conferences, technical reviews, and technical and project-management meetings. Develop and improve digital workflows and tracking processes in coordination with Government and contractor users. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, information technology, computer science, communications, or a related discipline. 3-10 years of professional experience supporting program/project management, information management, collaboration platforms, or equivalent duties. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Strong problem-solving, organizational, customer-service, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain Microsoft collaboration capabilities to non-technical users and support day-to-day operational needs. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret security clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications Detailed experience with SharePoint Online page creation, permissions, document libraries, and content management. Experience with Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools in a DoW, Navy, NAVAIR, or other Federal environment. Experience developing workflow, asset-tracking, or form-management solutions. Familiarity with program-office records management and knowledge-management practices.
